Preparation Phase

  • share the necessary guidelines, code of ethics, expectation checklists, school policies with student teachers;
  • sharing the necessary placement plans/programmes, expectation lists between the academic and school mentors;
  • sharing the necessary documentation between the university and school coordinators.

Immersion into School Practice and Professional Actions Phases

  • create/store/share school practice plan form;
  • create/store educational resources and sharing with and between student teachers;
  • sharing observation sheets and checklists with student teachers, and between the school and academic mentors;
  •  storing/sharing/editing/discussing lesson plans.

Retrospective Analysis of Experience / Post-Placement Phase

  • store/share Placement Reports, Dissertations/Projects, Files exported from the ePortfolio Tool (more in Unit 2 and 3).
